Today, Honda revealed the Elevate, a compact SUV that reintroduces the Japanese automaker to the SUV market after a lengthy absence. It will go on sale in India initially, followed by other global markets. The Honda Elevate will compete with the likes of the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Volkswagen Taigun, MG Astor, and Toyota Hyryder in the compact SUV market.
